Ecostar Stationary Screens

Ecostar - Easy One
The Ecostar Easy One screen is a resistant, reliable and versatile screen for the processing of compost, tyres, shredded C&D and wood, shredded scrap metal, or any other material that only require simple separation.
The hardox discs ensure that even tough and abrasive materials can be screened without the excessive wear seen with traditional screening technologies.
The extremely small footprint that can be achieved with this type of screen means that the Ecostar range of stationary screens can significantly reduce the space required within your plant.
Ecostar - Hexact
The Ecostar Hexact Screen uses a modular structure which allows screens to be easily extended as your separation requirements increase.
Car ﬂuff, SRF (Solid Recovered Fuel), biomass, compost, construction and demolition debris, incinerator ash, municipal solid waste, organic waste, paper and cardboard, PET, aggregates, tires and recycled wood are just some of the material that this machine will process.

DDS – Dynamic Disc Screening
Screening speeds of 1m/sec is possible in a small space to provide productivity levels up to 200 tons per hour!
SWAT – Screening Width Adjustment Technology
Allows the screening sections to be adjusted quickly to optimise production requirements on site and is particularly suited to screening plastics, paper, card and other mixed recyclables.
HDDS – Hyper Dynamic Disc Screening
Enables difficult material that would normally wrap such as film, strings & strapping to be processed efficiently minimising wrapping and clogging.
Eggersmann Biological Drying
The biological drying of organic rich fines provides an innovative solution within modern waste treatment processing.
Using biological aerobic activity, the organic rich material is biologically dried resulting in high levels of moisture loss (>30% in some cases) in 10-14 days.
The resultant dried material can then be easily separated into high quality metals, plastics and inert fractions whilst also producing a very high biomass rich fuel fraction with less than 20% moisture.

Eggersmann In Vessel Composting

It has become increasingly important to treat organic material and foodwaste as this material is responsible for significant greenhouse gas emissions.
The Bekon dry fermentation system uses the natural fermentation process within a precisely controlled environment to produce a methane rich biogas that can be used to produce electricity or can be upgraded and injected into the gas network.
Dry fermentation offers a much more robust and contaminant tolerant solution than traditional wet digestion and is much more suited to processing the organic rich fraction from MSW or source segregated food and greenwaste feedstock.
