Kaizen Recycling has decades of experience designing and building industry leading waste processing plants from small system retrofits right the way through to some of the UK’s largest PFI funded waste processing infrastructure.
If you are considering a new mechanical or biological plant, we have the knowledge and experience to provide you with the very best solution for your business. We are also able to offer a process improvement service for your existing facility to increase performance, recovery and capacity, so please drop us a line if you have an existing plant which you would like to improve or expand.
25 years of experience in the material screening industry.
The Ecostar stationary screens are used in recycling plants around the world. Thanks to their precision, the Ecostar screening machines can work either by standing alone or integrated within a larger process to optimize extraction quality and reduce maintenance costs.
Hardox wear parts and low power consumption results in a very low cost of ownership when compared to competitors screens.
Screening size adjustments of +/- 30% can made simple and without any mechanical modifications.
The Ecostar Easy One screen is a resistant, reliable and versatile screen for the processing of compost, tyres, shredded C&D and wood, shredded scrap metal, or any other material that only require simple separation.
The hardox discs ensure that even tough and abrasive materials can be screened without the excessive wear seen with traditional screening technologies.
The extremely small footprint that can be achieved with this type of screen means that the Ecostar range of stationary screens can significantly reduce the space required within your plant.
The Ecostar Hexact Screen uses a modular structure which allows screens to be easily extended as your separation requirements increase.
Car fluff, SRF (Solid Recovered Fuel), biomass, compost, construction and demolition debris, incinerator ash, municipal solid waste, organic waste, paper and cardboard, PET, aggregates, tires and recycled wood are just some of the material that this machine will process.
The Hexact is designed for high performance and high quality on even the most difficult screening applications due to the various technologies which can be included such as:
DDS – Dynamic Disc Screening
Screening speeds of 1m/sec is possible in a small space to provide productivity levels up to 200 tons per hour!
SWAT – Screening Width Adjustment Technology
Allows the screening sections to be adjusted quickly to optimise production requirements on site and is particularly suited to screening plastics, paper, card and other mixed recyclables.
HDDS – Hyper Dynamic Disc Screening
Enables difficult material that would normally wrap such as film, strings & strapping to be processed efficiently minimising wrapping and clogging.
The biological drying of organic rich fines provides an innovative solution within modern waste treatment processing.
Using biological aerobic activity, the organic rich material is biologically dried resulting in high levels of moisture loss (>30% in some cases) in 10-14 days.
The resultant dried material can then be easily separated into high quality metals, plastics and inert fractions whilst also producing a very high biomass rich fuel fraction with less than 20% moisture.
If you are looking to produce a high biomass fuel with low moisture content, we have a solution.
Eggersmann were one of the early pioneers of in-vessel composting and have since built many hundreds of tunnels worldwide including some of the largest in-vessel composting facilities on the planet.
Available as either fully enclosed, open topped or housed windrows and also with manual loading, automated loading and automated unloading systems – there is certainly an Eggersmann solution to meet your needs.
The Eggersmann in-house SCADA controlled process management system ensures optimal conditions are maintained throughout the composting process for superior performance.
It has become increasingly important to treat organic material and foodwaste as this material is responsible for significant greenhouse gas emissions.
The Bekon dry fermentation system uses the natural fermentation process within a precisely controlled environment to produce a methane rich biogas that can be used to produce electricity or can be upgraded and injected into the gas network.
Dry fermentation offers a much more robust and contaminant tolerant solution than traditional wet digestion and is much more suited to processing the organic rich fraction from MSW or source segregated food and greenwaste feedstock.
With over 80 plants in operation worldwide, Bekon are one of the market leaders in dry fermentation and hold many patents for this innovative technology.
Eggersmann Anlagenbau provides a full turn-key plant building solution ensuring that high recovery rates and superior performance are consistently achieved.
From small system retrofits right the way through to some of the largest mechanical and biological treatment plants on the planet, Eggersmann Anlagenbau have the knowledge and experience to provide the very best solution for your needs.
With many millions of tons processed through hundreds of plants across the entire world, Eggersmann Anlagenbau are one of the most experienced plant builders in the marketplace.
No matter what material you are looking to process you can rest assured that an Eggersmann Anlagenbau solution will meet your needs.
