Diesel or 100% electric. Hextra can work with 2 different propulsion systems: thanks to its autonomous diesel generator it can reach even the most distant and inaccessible places, or it can be connected to an electrical network, making the machine fit to work in any operating condition.
Equipped with a Smart Hopper 2/3F, the Hextra screen becomes a system with unbeatable flexibility.
The sliding hopper is equipped with a dosing screw and can work in line or in a loop with shredders. With the help of the hydraulic system, which the operator can manage from the remote console, the screen can pass in real-time from 2 to 3 fraction separation. The operational flexibility is further increased with the mobility of both loading hopper and conveyor belts that can be retracted for easy loading and truck transportation.
Anti-wrapping and anti-clogging technology
Thanks to the DDS (Dynamic Disc Screening) technology, anti-wrapping, and anti-clogging are reduced to a minimum, thus the machine downtime is reduced as well with a significant impact on cleaning costs.
Adaptable to any environment: indoor or outdoor. Thanks to the Ecostar patented technology the screen is ready to operate with no other changes needed, even in environments that seek zero emissions, such as inside sheds.
Real-time changes to the predetermined screening size (±30%), can be made by varying the speed of the shafts with the aid of the inverter. The available screening sizes range from 10 to 350 mm.
Last, but not least, the Hextra is available in tracked and hooklift versions, with 2 and 3-screening fractions and screening surfaces from 5 to 7 meters in length.
