Over the last few weeks we have invited some younger family members of our team to join us for thier work experience. We have welcomed our Business Development Director, Richard Mawson’s son, Tyler, and our Managaing Director, Duncan Bowett’s daughter, Willa, to join Kaizen and see how we work and what we do.
Tyler is 17 and currently studying for his A-Levels in Physics, Design Technology and Business Studies. During his week with us he got to experience all aspects of the business including on site machine demonstrations with customers and meetings with some of the UK’s biggest waste management companies.
Willa is 13 and got to see our machines in action on customers sites.
We hope that both Willa and Tyler enjoyed their time with us at Kaizen Recycling, you are both welcome back with us anytime.
