Ecostar - Easy One

The Ecostar Easy One screen is a resistant, reliable and versatile screen for the processing of compost, tyres, shredded C&D and wood, shredded scrap metal, or any other material that only require simple separation.

The hardox discs ensure that even tough and abrasive materials can be screened without the excessive wear seen with traditional screening technologies.

The extremely small footprint that can be achieved with this type of screen means that the Ecostar range of stationary screens can significantly reduce the space required within your plant.

Ecostar - Hexact

The Ecostar Hexact Screen uses a modular structure which allows screens to be easily extended as your separation requirements increase.

Car fluff, SRF (Solid Recovered Fuel), biomass, compost, construction and demolition debris, incinerator ash, municipal solid waste, organic waste, paper and cardboard, PET, aggregates, tires and recycled wood are just some of the material that this machine will process.

The Hexact is designed for high performance and high quality on even the most difficult screening applications due to the various technologies which can be included such as:

DDS – Dynamic Disc Screening

Screening speeds of 1m/sec is possible in a small space to provide productivity levels up to 200 tons per hour!

SWAT – Screening Width Adjustment Technology

Allows the screening sections to be adjusted quickly to optimise production requirements on site and is particularly suited to screening plastics, paper, card and other mixed recyclables.

HDDS – Hyper Dynamic Disc Screening 

Enables difficult material that would normally wrap such as film, strings & strapping to be processed efficiently minimising wrapping and clogging.

Ecostar Mobile Screens

25 years of experience in the material screening industry. The Ecostar mobile screens are highly efficient and designed to screen even difficult material due to its DDS (Dynamic Disc Screening).

Hardox wear parts and low power consumption results in a very low cost of ownership when compared to competitors screens.

Screening size adjustments of +/- 30% can made simple and without any mechanical modifications and up to 200 tph with up to 70% less energy consumption when compared to traditional screens.

The mobile screens are available on tracks (mobile)  or on a hooklift frame (semi-mobile) and are also available to separate two fractions (2F) or three fractions (3F).

The smart hopper design enables the screens to work together with a shredder to automatically return the oversize to the shredding chamber.

Hextra 2F Mobile Screen

The Hextra 2F is one of the most efficient screens currently available on the marketplace.

Screening speeds of 1m/sec together with anti wrapping and hardox wear parts, means this screen will handle material that other screens could not.

Available as a hooklift model (shown) and also a tracked model with hybrid engines, allow this machine to be powered by electric or diesel.

The smart hopper enables this machine to return oversize material to the shredder unit feeding it, ensuring consistent quality by using a processing loop rather than trying to achieve consistent product in one pass.

Hextra 3F Mobile Screen

The Hextra 3F is one of the most efficient screens currently available on the marketplace and enables 3 fractions to be split with one machine.

The smart hopper enables this machine to return oversize material to the shredder unit feeding it, ensuring consistent quality by using a processing loop rather than trying to achieve consistent product in one pass.  

On the 3F machine the smart hopper can also be moved to cover the first screening deck, instantly converting the screen to a two fraction machine.

Screening speeds of 1m/sec together with anti wrapping and hardox wear parts, means this screen will handle material that other screens could not.

Available as a hooklift model (shown) and also a tracked model with hybrid engines, allow this machine to be powered by electric or diesel.

Mobile Star Screens

The Terra Select S60 mobile star screen offers extremely high screening throughputs even with wet and sticky material and is especially suited to screening compost, biomass, bark and wood chip.

Two screening decks are available with screening sizes between 6mm to 180mm at up to 300m3/hr.

The machine is mounted on a road legal trailer and can be setup/packed up in under 5 minutes.

Semi-Mobile Screening Panel

The semi mobile screening panel is an extremely cost effective screening deck that is designed to be used on the discharge belt of an existing screen or shredder.

The screen is lightweight and has folding legs and is designed to be connected either electrically or hydraulically (via an auxiliary drive of the upstream machine).

The compact nature of the machine means that it can be transported in the feed hopper of a T50 or T60 trommel screen.
