Kaizen Recycling Limited was founded in 2006 to provide market leading solutions to the Waste and Recycling sectors.

Duncan Bowett, Managing Director
With over 20 years’ experience in capital equipment supply, covering a wide range of both mobile and static recycling equipment, Duncan has been involved in a huge variety of projects across the UK.
One of the founders of Kaizen Recycling back in 2006 and Eggersmann Anlagenbau UK in 2012, Duncan has an extremely in-depth knowledge and understanding of the recycling sector and has maintained close relationships with a vast range of technology suppliers from both the UK and all over the globe.
Duncan is responsible for the day-to-day running of the company and maintaining Kaizen Recycling as one of the leading technology partners within the UK.
Richard Mawson, Business Development Director
With almost 20 years’ experience in the waste and recycling sector, Richard has been involved in all aspects of waste technology supply and design, ranging from mobile shredder and screener sales, right the way through to some of the UK’s largest waste infrastructure projects.
In 2006 Richard and Duncan formed Kaizen Recycling Limited and worked closely with Bulk Handling Systems (BHS) and Eggersmann Anlagenbau to deliver state of the art recycling solutions to the UK market.
Following on from that success, in 2012 Richard and Duncan launched Eggersmann Anlagenbau UK Ltd to provide a comprehensive aftersales service for our rapidly expanding UK customer base.
Since 2006 both Kaizen Recycling and Eggersmann Anlagenbau have supplied well in excess of £120m worth of recycling technology, helping many businesses improve their profitability and productivity along the way.
Richard has a strong technical focus and has a huge amount of experience in many of the most innovative technologies available and has been responsible for much of the process engineering input and design for the plants supplied by Kaizen and Eggersmann within the UK.
Julian Lamb, Sales Manager
Living near York, Julian will be covering the North of England, North Wales and Scotland and he brings a wealth of experience with him to Kaizen Recycling.
Julian has extensive experience within the mobile recycling technology marketplace specialising in mobile shredding and screening technology, having previously worked with Komptech UK, Finning’s, and Untha.
Formerly Julian was employed by Eggersmann UK within the mobile division, so already has a good knowledge of the Eggersmann range of products and how they can help your operation.
